Oceans Links

  1. The Ocean Conservancy has a nice list with one page descriptions of wildlife. They also have some good stuff on the SF Oil spill.
  2. Save the Bay. They havea nice page on a developed watershed curriculum.
  3. World Wildlife Fund has a neat database, Wildfinder that lets you search an animal by name or place where it lives. It has maps ( a little slow) and images.
  4. Kennesaw State University: Oceans. This one is a nice list of links for kids related to oceans from Kennesaw State University in Georgia (some of these are commercial).
  5. Teaching First: Ocean Animals. This site has links to lots of good ocean sites.
  6. Books in the Hillcrest Library: Check out the 551.46 section.
